policy, you can configure your account to require users to change their passwords as frequently
as every month. This helps ensure password uniqueness and reduces the risk of accidental or
intentional security breaches.

Two Factor Authentication (optional)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is widely adopted by high-security organizations. It involves
using a six-digit code sent via email for every login and to validate secure transactions when required,
even while logged in. 2FA is mandatory and provides a level of security that goes beyond just usernames and passwords.

Email is Public!
|
In business, email is essential. However, all email, except those using security certificates,
is unencrypted, open, and easily accessible to anyone with network access. To ensure security,
100% of the emails sent to authorized users that have Opted-In contain coded temporary web links,
allowing secure access to your data via your Secure Web Browser only after they have been authorized and authenticated.
