Terms and Conditions

You are aware, understand and agree that...

Any and all data entered and saved within this Account is fully controlled by the Owner paying for this Account.
Any and all data entered and saved within this Account will NEVER by sold to ANY third party FOR ANY reason whatsoever.
All charges are assessed daily at midnight UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) and the one Credit Card for this Account is charged for that amount one or about the first of every month.
After initial successful registration, you as the owner of this Account agree that if any subsequent payments do not process completely and successfully, you have until midnight UTC on the 7th day to repair and update your account accordingly.
If you do not update your Account with a current and working Credit Card and a charge is denied, all Account features will be locked and all User logins (except the Owner to allow updating and executing the outstanding charge(s) on your Credit Card) will be locked out within 24 hours until all payment issues are repaired and any missed payments are made successfully. Your Account and all Users will be unlocked immediately after successful payments processed.
All fees are subject to change without notice. That said, we make every attempt to keep you as the Account Owner up to date on changes that can and do occur.
Adding options occur automatically and you are responsible for knowing the capacity of your Account Options before adding additional items that force an automatic charge on our account.
ALL fees are charged and collected are non-refundable and all subsequent monthly charges will be collected on the same day of the month you subscribed. If the day of the month you subscribed on is not available in subsequent months, it will be charged on the 28th. All Pool purchases that increase your capacity such as additional Forms, Actions, Emails or SMS Messages (to name a few) are charged immediately at the time the User exceeds the current Pool sizes in the Account.
Closing an Account immediately and irrevocably deletes ALL data associated with that account with the exception of Account Statements and financial data for payments made to FanSaaStic.com of which copies are archived for company use and taxation purposes.
The downloading of your data is only available in (J)ava(S)cript (O)bject (N)otation (JSON) format.
Email and SMS Notifications are unencrypted and not secure.
All Users you invite to use your Account must 'Opt-In' and accept these Terms and Conditions and can 'Opt-Out' at any time for any reason without recourse from FanSaaStic.com. During an 'Opt-Out', all User data in his/her profile associated with that User will be irrevocably deleted (unless that User is associated with another active Account) and must therefore be re-invited by the Account Owner or any Administrator of the Account.
The accuracy, completeness, and/or requirements of information created and stored on this service is not the responsibility of FanSaaStic.com in ANY way.
You, as the Account Owner, will take legal responsibility for your users. You also agree to use this service legally and abide with all Federal, State and Local laws and understand that FanSaaStic.com must obey any warrants from a legitimate Court of Law of the State of Wyoming or the United States of America regarding about your Account.
You as Account Owner and your users agree to release and hold harmless FanSaaStic.com against all liability in any way for any loss suffered by you, your users, and/or any business entities directly or indirectly using this service.
FanSaaStic.com uses third-party services to provide some of the capabilities of FanSaaStic.com and you and your users agree to hold harmless those third party organizations from any liability whatsoever.
The design and meta-data of any Workspaces, Apps, Forms, Elements, Clicks, and/or Actions are the sole property of FanSaaStic.com.
FanSaaStic.com may update these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Downloads of your data are only enabled only after day 31 of your subscription.
Any loss financially or otherwise of any kind is not the responsibility of FanSaaStic.com whatsoever at any time for any reason by anybody.
This service is dependant on an Internet connection and a browser. If these resouces become unavailable, FanSaaStic.com is not responsible for providing these resources.
FanSaaStic.com is not responsible for any information stored within my Account sent by email (either within the body or by attachment) by any user anytime anywhere to anyone.
As the Account Owner when you enable SMS options, it includes any SMS Messages sent by any authorized user within your Account.
The User is responsible for the format, completeness, and accuracy of the data entered into any Element on any Form for any Account.
FanSaaStic.com is not responsible in any way for data loss due to any circumstances whatsoever either within or beyond the control of FanSaaStic.com. It is recommended that you purchase and download multiple backups of your data at least once per month.
